Your email address when you leave your card, and — once service begins — the wants you ask the Steward to watch (item, price ceiling, preferences). That's the inventory. No eBay passwords, no payment details on our servers (billing runs through a payment processor), no selling of anything to anyone.
We use your email to call on you: alerts you asked for, service notices, and — sparingly — news of the house. We use your wants to run your watches. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. Aggregate, anonymized statistics (how many watches, which categories are hunted) may inform the service.
Data is stored with reputable cloud infrastructure providers (currently Vercel) in the United States, protected by access controls. Alerts travel by email or SMS via established delivery providers.
Write to us and we will show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it entirely — the Steward forgets on request, completely and without hurt feelings. Unsubscribe links appear in every mailing.
We use only what's needed to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. No advertising trackers, no third-party surveillance. Clicking through to eBay is subject to eBay's own policies once you arrive there.
